There are many men in this state that want to be a
father to their child but the state laws make it impossible.
Fathers in this state have been shoved out of their child's
life . Grandparents ( parents of the father ) has been shoved out of their grandchild's life.
There are many kids in the State of Ga that has a father
that pays child support but is not the legal father and therefore has no rights to see his child.
Georgia law makes a difference between paternity -and
the obligation to support- and legitimization -and the right to really be a father. .So men find themselves
supporting a child they want to know and love with no right to see or even contact their child even when DNA tests prove they
are the child's father.
THESE LAWS ARE HURTING CHILDREN, FATHERS AND GRANDPARENTS
